- GENTLE FLOW – Mild version of a Vinyasa class but we are taking it a bit slower and leaving the crazy poses out. Nice way to wake up the body with deep focus on breath and movement. We hold some restorative poses too.
- MEDITATION & YOGA PHILOSOPHY – Learning and practicing some meditations. Covering different yoga philosophies as well regarding ego, attachment, self-awareness, samskaras, karma, emptiness

1. No reservation needed, just show up 10 mns before class.
2. 120.000 walk in. 1 mil 10 class pass – cash only
3. Phone and shoes off.
4. No sandy feet! (Sagi will make you clean the studio!)
5. No strong perfume or excessive body lotions/sunscreen
6. Beginners are welcome to all classes… but maybe skip level 2 classes (check time table) unless you like taking risks and sweating ,.. Live on the edge a little why don’t you!
7. Yoga is for everyone! Everyone can do it and should do it. You do not need to be flexible or fit. All shapes, sizes, ages and yes, genders are welcome (welcome to 2019)!
